OUR BOOKING POLICY AND CONDITIONS
You can book our tours by e-mail, specifying which tour or tours you are interested in.
In addition we require that you provide the information listed on the following form, that you can copy
and paste on your e-mail.
When paying with credit card we require that you fill in our form of acceptance to be returned by fax or scanned. Please send your credit card information by fax
at the number +39 041 5262879.
When you book one or more tour, you will receive a confirmation voucher containing all meeting instructions and contact numbers.
It is your responsibility to bring the voucher with you the day of the tour, in order to be at the right place at the right time,
and to have a telephone number to call in case something should happen.
City Tours in Venice will not refund you if you fail to meet your guide in case you are late,
or you are at the wrong meeting place, and you do not advise us.
Please provide, if possible, a mobile phone number so as to make possible to reach you for any emergency.
